    If it weren’t for Wiltona of JubilantHR, I don’t know if we could have completed the project on time. UKG’s project team was very disappointing. Their project manager had no concept of the recourses needed on their end to complete this project. JubilantHR filled a number of gaps that UKG had.

    We have run into a number of system issues that have slowed us down. Kayla, and Jubilant have been helpful in troubleshooting and coordinating with other customers to bring attention to certain issues that have plagued our project. Ensuring integrity of data feeds from employee database into the new platform is what has caused us the most trouble. Getting those data feeds right the first time would be key to a successful and on-time launch.

    I would recommend to ensure the client is communicating at a good cadence with the consultant, have your items prepped and ready to go and be on time with meetings. It helps maximize the time of the meetings and to get the projects to the finish line. Also, you as a client may need to pivot from time to time based off the need of your projects and just to communicate that with transparency to the consultant so everyone’s on the same page.

    Have your taxation documentation ready to go. Other projects of the same sort have been delayed due to governmental documentation delays. It also helps to have things identified first, such as locations, company codes, etc. Once the SOW was signed off, it went really quickly. This is by far the smoothest process I’ve had to date because I was prepared with the design.

    The process with Jubilant was very professional. Their program management approach ensured we were on time, on budget, and overall resulted in a very successful implementation. Jubilant’s depth of knowledge of all the facets of HR helped us make some of the critical business decisions during the implementation. It was their HR expertise that first made them attractive to us, and made us realize that they could really help. Having Natalie, Ian, Kim and Katherine involved in our project gave us real comfort and great results.

    Asking more questions up front about what the requests are for to make sure we are providing the correct information. Fully understanding up front the differences between US and Canada even though it is one system.

    None of us have ever gone through an implementation this stressful and this big before, and it has been the smoothest process even on the most stressful of days. We could not have done it without Jubilant and it was easy because of them. We wouldn’t change anything.

    This is more of customer/project experience than a lessons learned. The key to understanding a true Ultimate Software partner is knowing that they have been in your shoes. As a new customer/client of Ultimate Software, I had little knowledge or familiarity with UltiPro until coming to this organization. I have been working in the HCM space for some time and hadn’t yet worked with UltiPro.

    We needed the guidance, proficiency and knowledge of an industry partner that would be able to assist us in performing year end Payroll adjustments for our employee population. With myself having less than 1 year of experience in UltiPro, I needed the assurance from a 3rd party partner that would not only perform the necessary corrections, but provide me the peace of mind that they were accurate – Jubilant did not disappoint! Their team members are leaders in their chosen areas of expertise. I was provided status updates every step of the way and felt confident we had chosen the right partner.

    We had an excellent Implementation Consultant – Stephanie Tuegel. She has been our UltiPro go-to resource post go-live and has been an amazing resource to know and have in your corner. It is that relationship that led us to Jubilant and entrusting our project needs to her and the team – Tim Force (COO), Deb Buis (Dir. of Customer Success), Delena Eckstein (Payroll), Jeff DeMars (BI)…all great people and so AWESOME to work with!

    I have met several 3rd party partners while attending Ultimate Software’s Connections conference over the past 2 years and Jubilant is the partner I will always work with again and again. You will get the level of service, expertise and communication that you deserve. Choose Jubilant, you will be glad you did – I know I am.

    The implementation was heavily payroll-focused, which is understandable. Most of the HR-related processes and areas of the system fell to the bottom of the priority list. We were either rushed, started after the core system went live or never got started at all.
