    Our consultant was great. We requested him specifically for a second mini project we needed to do after inital implementation. Issues we faced were mostly software related such as trying to get the system to work in a way that was consistent with all the employment standards rules we have in Ontario, Canada (system is really US centric). Zulf was great at figuring out how to do what we needed. He was very helpful, professional and responsive/easy to get in touch with.

    Additional costs and time were not the fault of the partner or the software, but more about our readiness for the project, our resources, and how we managed ourselves. It is important to have a dedicated person who is at least 80% dedicated to the project. If not, no amount of meetings, pushing, deadlines, etc. from the partner is going to make up for that.
