Community Guidelines

The purpose of Raven Intel is to serve our customers by providing an objective rating source so they can make a good, well-informed decision.

We validate our ratings.

We require a LinkedIn account or verified business email address to validate every review.  We do not allow reviews from competitors or current employees of any consulting organization.

Consulting companies cannot influence or change the surveys in any way.

Every review goes through a vetting process for professionalism and validity, and we will remove reviews that do not meet quality / professional standards, include defamatory comments or are in conflict with contractual agreements.

Scoring

We provide a 1-5 star rating based upon the NPS (Net Promoter Score) and combined scores of the survey.

No Pay-for-Play

Our subscribing customers are able to increase their visibility on the site through ads and featured reviews, but are not able to modify or change their reviews.  For our paying subscribers, we actively solicit reviews on their behalf, but do not modify results in any way.

Privacy

We will not share your personal information unless you have given us express confirmation that we have your consent, as provided on your review form.
