The project manager was excellent but there was an issue with the implementation date a month before go live which clashed with a Unit4 maintenance weekend and should have been understood earlier. This meant the project had to be brought forward a week as the original date could not be accommodated and due to Paragon constraints we could not push the date back. Future Paragon projects with Third Party will check maintenance weekend dates as a key lessons learnt.
