Turnover of consultants due to competitive job market can/will be disruptive to project work as it takes time to onboard new team members and some knowledge inevitably fails to transfer.
There is a constant/continuous need to collaborate between several workstreams, which are typically organized around Workday modules. We could have done a better job with this between the Payroll, Basic Comp, Absence, and Benefits teams.
