I hired D+E Consulting to fill a gap while looking to fill a critical HRIS role on my team. I did not realize how valuable their expertise would be and became more impressed week after week working with them that we retained our partnership after filling our HRIS role. They are great to work with. Eddie quickly became a part of our team and acclimated to our organization and processes. They provide a back-up person on every meeting and call so Alan was able to fill if Eddie was unavailable. Ed, who was the Executive Sponsor was also very approachable and responsive. We referred him to our Assistant Treasurer when we lost our payroll manager because we were so impressed with their knowledge and service. We have quickly completed projects that we have had on our to do list for a long time. I cannot say enough great things about our partnership with D+E Consulting.
