Our view/understanding of the project that the scope of the project was initially designed and discussed with the WellBe Organization and the timeline, but as we managed to dive deeper into the actual work/asks we realized the timeline was a rather aggressive approach and the deliverables clearly became more challenging to meet those deadlines. However the consultants and the WellBe Team managed to complete all projects on the expected go live date of 04/01/2024
