Mike was an incredible consultant! However, UKG was oversold in general regarding UKG Pro and Workforce Management functionality. This has nothing to do with Mike – this is purely our (Scion’s) lack of initial review and validation. Mike has ensured any processed with him are on time and thorough. He is ready to hop on a call at a moment’s notice.
