What “Lessons Learned” would you provide to others implementing with this partner / software? What else would you tell us about your project experience?
I would try to prepare more ahead of time. Think about your policies and how your current set up. Try to make any changes you wish to make prior to the start of the project. At times I felt we were unprepared because we were making policy changes during implementation and waiting for the changes to be approved. It didn’t specifically hold up the project but it held up some configurations at times. Our consultant was great about it though and very patient and supportive.
