What “Lessons Learned” would you provide to others implementing with this partner / software? What else would you tell us about your project experience?
A key lesson learned is the importance of setting a standard for consultants that aligns with our organizational needs. Initially, we had a consultant whose expertise did not match our requirements, which is understandable as we all start somewhere and learn from experience. However, given our very small team and limited time, this mismatch was challenging. Fortunately, the same consulting company had a wealth of experience and was able to provide another consultant who helped us recover the time and effort spent, leading to a successful go-live.
