The Lavasource HR team was instrumental in our implementation of Dayforce HRIS and Payroll for our Indian entity. They were a team of consummate experts that properly gathered requirements and delivered a design (and build) that was well thought out. They pushed back at the appropriate times and drove us to a system that follows best practices and meets all regulatory requirements.
