One key takeaway was the importance of clearly defined roles and responsibilities from the outset to avoid confusion and duplication of efforts. Timely and transparent communication proved critical in addressing configuration issues and aligning expectations, especially during testing and data migration phases. Additionally, investing time early in understanding the vendor’s methodology helped align our internal processes and ensured smoother collaboration. Finally, flexibility and a proactive approach to change management were essential, particularly as business needs evolved during the implementation timeline
