Our lessons learned was that we extremely happy that we hired ASCEND and got Lynette Parker as our dedicated rep.
Lynette Parker has gone above and beyond our expectations. She truly feels like an extension to our HR team here at LHB, and we would be lost on this implementation to UKG without her.
She is organized, and available anytime that we have needed her throughout the project. There have been countless times where we would have been lost during this implementation process to UKG if we didn’t have Lynette as part of the team. Her knowledge is invaluable and we are happy to have her!
