HR Path has been very responsive to our needs and any challenges we brought up were addressed immediately. The training materials were a pain point at the beginning but they pivoted and responded quickly. Reports could have been vetted out earlier in the process rather than at the end of the build phase. I can honestly say I have never had a vendor that is as customer oriented or as responsive as this team has been.
