Adaptalytics was very responsivie and new the product. Our issues came with the software DayForce and Dayforce’s initial implementation was very poor. We had to hire Adaptalytics to support a second phase of implementation and as we went through the phase we discovered several missing parts that were not completed or had to be cleaned up from the implementation of the Dayforce team.
