We hit multiple obstacles due to UKG’s consultant being relatively inexperienced and lacking time management skills. Using PayTech/Jawanna as a consulting partner was invaluable as if we did not have her, the project would have been delayed even further and items could have been missed. Escalating our concerns to UKG’s project manager and continuing to work closely with Paytech/Jawanna allowed our project to stay mostly on track and made us feel much more comfortable with the outcome.
