We realized that BI is a complex tool, but Sia provided excellent insight, instruction, and knowledge—along with a great deal of patience as we are still learning BI reporting. I personally learned a lot from Sia. I appreciate his direct approach, his willingness to teach as we progressed through the BI project, and how he allowed space for me to figure things out while giving helpful clues on how to troubleshoot.
