Reports – if you have an add-on in your existing system please evaluate reports carefully. we evaluated reports and they seemed to match however in the testing phase we gathered context that things don’t match quite as expected

Test–> Prod When moving set-up from test to prod depending on how many rotation employees you have and how many Org Sets this took way long than anticipated. I would budget 1 week/ 1000 employees to move the set-up

Plan for more than 1 consultation resource to move set-up when the time comes
