Working with HRchitect, and specifically our consultant, Jody Burton, supporting reporting, business processes, and workflows, has reinforced the value of having a partner who is both technically strong and consultative in their approach. They are extremely responsive and knowledgeable, but what sets them apart is that they don’t just execute requests. They take the time to explain the “why,” helping our team learn and build internal capability along the way.
They also appropriately challenge assumptions and push us to design solutions the right way, even when the easier path might be quicker in the short term. That guidance has resulted in more scalable, sustainable outcomes. At the same time, they are open to feedback and willing to adjust based on our needs and priorities, which makes the partnership feel collaborative rather than transactional.
Overall, the experience has been very positive and has raised both the quality of our solutions and our team’s understanding of the system.
