Align HCM is a great implementation partner. They promise to deliver on time and they do. Their consultants are knowledgeable and they effectively escalate matters with the software vendor that are out of their control. The project manager remained steady and on course and they did not hesitate to bring in extra resources when needed. Some of the Align consultants were extremely flexible with their time and made themselves available as often as required to meet our needs, despite their own competing priorities. At times, technical language of the consultants can be difficult to navigate and perhaps the learning curve of our internal team was underestimated. Overall, a positive experience and a successful project.
