They sold us items they later said are not possible. We had people on the project who were not qualified. There are items we’ve purchased that still have not been provided over 3 months after go live that were due 4 months before go live. We kept bringing up the person assigned wasn’t qualified and they ignored us.
Two of our consultants were fantastic and those areas went well.
