Kognitiv has been an exceptional partner through my 10+ years working with them. They are able to consistently demonstrate a deep understanding of our systems and priorities which enables them to provide top-of-the-line support. Their responsiveness is always off the charts. I’ve worked with them on projects ranging from a comprehensive system assessment to break-fix support, through new feature implementations. In each instance, their collaboration and communication have been exceptional. I’ve worked with numerous Workday partners throughout my career who each displayed strengths in various areas, but none were as consistently strong across the board as the Kognitiv team.
