Align- We had a very positive experience with our main consultant, however the original project manager lacked comprehensive communication across all partners. Things improved with the second and final project manager. The difference between the two was noticeable and appreciated.
UKG- If you are a large multi-location organization, it complicates things. It is best to stay in touch with your customer rep in the loop during the project. The customer support model is lacking (The Community, tickets, etc.).
