    We partnered with Covalence Consulting to move from Ultimate Time and Attendance to UKG Pro Workforce Management. At first, moving all our custom UTA rules felt overwhelming, but Covalence’s deep UTA expertise made the difference. They guided us every step of the way, spotted problems we hadn’t seen, simplified our scheduling, and provided training that actually helped. Now, payroll is accurate, reports are easier to run, and our teams can focus on meaningful work instead of paperwork. This change has truly made an impact.

    We’d definitely recommend Covalence as a UKG partner. Our project had many moving parts and having an implementation team that knew what to look for gave us real peace of mind. They were organized, easy to work with, and made sure everything ran smoothly at go-live. Having everyone on one system has already simplified things for our team.

    Covalence support was terrific. The only issue encountered was a turnover in our lead implementation consultant halfway through the project due to the individual having a family emergency. The Covalence team and specifically Andrew Mok stepped in, quickly got up to speed and worked to keep us on time an configured correctly.
