Be prepared for the spider web of if-this-than-that. I highly recommend the system overview and roadmap services Mosaic offers to get better insight not just into what we know we need, but other opportunities for improvement that may take very little effort with huge return. Mosaic was flexible int he resources made available to us based on our priorities and needs, shifting focus from optimization to change management and user adoption as needed.

As for my project experience, I found it rewarding to see how much we could achieve through effective teamwork. Mosaic has been our consultant for UKG Pro managed services for over a year. We implemented UKG Pro in 2021 and partnered with Mosaic in mid-2023. They conducted a SWOT analysis of our system and processes, and I highly recommend following their advice regarding system changes and improvements. Working with the mosaic team was the best decision we could have made. The team assigned to assist us was extremely knowledgeable about the UKG platform and has established relationships with the software vendor. This was an added value for our engagement and contributed to the success of this project. During the initial phase of this work, we were experiencing some significant issues with the software and the Mosaic team stepped in to get these issues resolved very quickly. Additionally, prior to our implementation of UKG, we were a manual HR department. The UKG implementation was a very heavy lift with little to support from UKG. After year three of the implementation, we realized we needed help and discovered the Mosaic team. I cannot thank the team enough because without them, this implementation would have an epic failure. The only lesson learned was not engaging with the Mosaic team at the very beginning of implementation.

We had a great experience. Our consultant for Recruiting and Onboarding (Lexi Mendez) was a great guide in the configuration. But very importantly, she had us in the drivers seat so we learned how to maintain the system and use it as we worked through the configuration. We learned the importance of being hands on in the configuration. One big lesson learned was that you need to have your processes nailed down to make the most of your time with the consultant. And being open to modifying/improving your processes to make the most out of the system.

We had never gone through M&A and integration so we did not know what to expect. Mosaic brought the expertise and experience we needed to help us meet the measures of success. My only advice is to start the work as early as possible to provide ample time for all of the necessary project timelines.

The best part of working with Mosaic is that they hear you as the customer and genuinely work with you to find out of the box solutions when creating a system.
Advice, don’t be afraid to ask questions and request functionality you are not sure can be done. Often times there are multiple solutions that can be implemented that you may not have known about.

D&E Consulting is always our go to for anything. They are always there to help and have the answers. Working with Blasco on all things UTM was awesome. UKG is a very hard organisation to deal with. Once the initial contracts are signed, it is very difficult to work with them

On the other hand, ProjectGenetics helped us immensely to navigate the complex hoops of UKG and to bring stability and sense into the project resisting the pushes from UKG
