Oana was our dedicated resource looking after our HR streams – she is extremely thorough and has great attention to detail. I absolutely loved working with Oana. I am happy to say that we have requested Oana again to work on other HR projects for FY25. I will continue to recommend her and Jigsaw’s services in the future

    Overall we are fairly satisfied with working with Jigsaw-cloud, our consultant was very knowledgeable, very friendly, quick-acting, very personable and always willing to jump on a call and no query was too big or small to answer. However, outside of our consultant from the wider team it did feel at times we did not receive the full attention or level of customer service we expected based on previous interactions with Jigsaw-cloud.
