Documentation of current state and future state structure, process, process measurement, roles, responsibilities by the client and developing an effective organizational change mgt plan to navigate from current state to future state are as important as the knowledge, skills and competencies to properly configure a system solution. Fortunately for us, Jennifer contributed across the board. Unfortunately for us, COVID19 and other external challenges forced us to put project on indefinite hold.
