Can more than one person manage our listing?

Each Raven listing can only be associated with one account email.

Many consulting firms create a shared email address (for example, raven@yourcompany.com) that forwards notifications to multiple team members. This allows several people to receive review requests and listing notifications while keeping a single account owner.

How do I transfer ownership of our listing?

Before ownership can be transferred, the new owner will need to create a Raven account.

Don’t worry, we won’t create a duplicate listing. We simply need an account so we can assign ownership to the correct person.

Once the account has been created, email info@ravenintel.com with the new owner’s name and email address. Our team will transfer ownership and let you know once it’s complete.

How do I request reviews from customers?

Once your listing is live, you can invite customers to leave a verified review by sharing the Raven review link.

We recommend requesting reviews shortly after a successful project milestone or implementation, while the experience is still fresh. Here is a sample outreach email template you can use:

Dear {Customer Name},

I’m requesting your feedback on a recent project that we’ve worked on together.  This 5-minute survey will review your satisfaction with the project and will help identify best practices and opportunities for improvements.

This survey is facilitated by Raven Intel, an independent, 3rd party company that specializes in customer reviews for Enterprise Software consulting projects.  Your review will help build out our firm’s presence on Raven Intel and help other customers learn from your experience.

Time Commitment:  5 minutes
Your Privacy:  Your personal data will never be shared without your permission, will be used only to validate the authenticity of this survey and will not be stored without your permission
Your Feedback:  Your review will be part of our profile on Raven Intel (anonymously)

Thank you in advance for your feedback and partnership!

Can I respond to reviews?

If you’re a paid Raven subscriber, yes.

Subscribers can post a public response to any review, allowing you to thank customers, provide additional context, or respond to feedback.

Reviewer identities remain anonymous unless the reviewer has explicitly given Raven permission to share their details with your firm. If they have opted in, you’re welcome to contact them directly.

Can I remove a review?

Reviews cannot be removed simply because they’re negative.

However, if you believe a review is fraudulent or does not meet our review guidelines, please contact info@ravenintel.com. Our team will investigate and remove the review if it is found to be fake or unverifiable.

Who can leave a review?

Anyone who was directly involved in the implementation or project on the customer side can submit a review.

This may include:

  • Project sponsors
  • Project managers
  • Project team members
  • System administrators
  • Business stakeholders
  • Other key participants involved in the implementation

How are reviews verified?

Every review is verified before it is published.

We use the reviewer’s company email address, along with additional verification checks where required, to confirm they were involved in the project. This helps ensure reviews are authentic and representative of genuine customer experiences.

What happens if I receive a negative review?

Negative reviews are a natural part of any authentic review platform and can actually strengthen your credibility.

A balanced review profile demonstrates transparency and helps prospective customers trust that reviews are genuine rather than filtered.

If you’re a paid Raven subscriber, you can post a public response to any review to provide context or acknowledge customer feedback. If the reviewer has chosen to share their contact details with your firm, you’ll also have the opportunity to follow up with them directly.

Constructive feedback can also provide valuable insights that help improve future projects and strengthen customer relationships.

My customer said they left a review, but I don’t see it on my Raven listing?

Every review submitted to Raven goes through a verification process before it’s published. We carefully vet each review to ensure it’s authentic and meets our review guidelines.

Our goal is to review and publish verified submissions within two business days.

If you’re a UKG or Dayforce partner, please note that once a review is published on Raven, it can take an additional 24 hours for it to appear on the UKG Marketplace or Dayforce Exchange.
