The project was well-managed and stayed on track from start to finish. Communication was clear, and we always knew what to expect. Our PM, Oana, was highly professional and nothing was missed. Kasia was also very dedicated at every step and consistently went the extra mile. She is a very knowledgeable consultant and a real asset to the team.

Working with Jigsaw has always been seamless for me. Our dedicated contact is always available and I am extremely comfortable reaching out with any questions/concerns/support I require. Oana was our dedicated resource looking after our HR streams – she is extremely thorough and has great attention to detail. I absolutely loved working with Oana. I am happy to say that we have requested Oana again to work on other HR projects for FY25. I will continue to recommend her and Jigsaw’s services in the future

Overall we are fairly satisfied with working with Jigsaw-cloud, our consultant was very knowledgeable, very friendly, quick-acting, very personable and always willing to jump on a call and no query was too big or small to answer. However, outside of our consultant from the wider team it did feel at times we did not receive the full attention or level of customer service we expected based on previous interactions with Jigsaw-cloud.

The overall project experience was great! Jodie was extremely collaborative and very efficient. She ensured that all team members were heard and followed up on her tasks regularly and effectively. Jodie made the sessions interactive with a keen eye on attention to detail and allowed for concessions where required based on need. Jodie was a huge part of the success of this project.
