One of the biggest lessons learned from this project was to trust the partner’s process and expertise. They have extensive knowledge and experience working with end-of-life systems as well as implementing and integrating new systems, which proved very valuable throughout the project.

Their understanding of system limitations, transition requirements, and best-practice processes helped ensure smoother outcomes and problem resolution. Maintaining open communication and following the recommended process made the project significantly more manageable and successful overall.
