UKG represented that you could implement their software without many technical resources. I highly disagree and could not imagine doing it without my internal and external support.
I do not think that UKG has enough field experience to understand how customers can make their processes work with their software. They should spend more time developing the “pro” side of the product.

I have nothing but excellent feedback on Ascend and all consultants we have worked with — Roxie Robinson and Tom Follett are top notch and absolutely the best — we couldn’t have asked for better support from both or Ascend. The unexpected costs referenced were not due to Ascend but were due to how much work was needed to get our UKG Pro and WFM systems in working order from very poor implementations.
