The lessons learned to me was works as one team vs company vs company. Two get a working model up and running as quickly as possible. It is easier to change one store vs whole company.
People Imports are hard and too complex – start the process early as it will take the longest.

A “seamless” migration from one existing UKG software to another was anything but seamless. Kudos to our implementation partner on adapting to the challenges we were faced with including a lot of the limitations of the new UKG software.
