Our experience working with CDS was overwhelmingly positive. CDS developed a strong collaborative working relationship with our project team and consistently demonstrated a proactive approach to delivery. Regular risk and issue reviews with their delivery team enabled challenges to be identified and addressed early, while their thorough documentation and structured use of DevOps for managing test scripts supported a robust testing process.

Effective communication was another major success factor. Regular catch-up meetings, weekly written updates, and ad hoc discussions ensured stakeholders remained informed and engaged throughout the project. They made sure a baselined project plan was always provided which produced clear visibility of progress and helped keep delivery on track.

CDS consistently exceeded expectations, often delivering more than was originally requested. The quality and expertise of their consultants, particularly their solution consultant, added real value and helped the team navigate complex requirements. In addition, issues and defects were typically resolved promptly, helping to minimise delays and maintain progress.

Overall, CDS proved to be a knowledgeable, collaborative, and customer-focused partner that went above and beyond to support successful project delivery.
