UKG is a very robust product with a ton of features and functionality that can be very overwhelming when you are just getting started. Katie and the CORE HCM team helped us navigate the complexity of the product and broke it down into simple tasks which allowed us to roll out UKG to our work sites (for recruiting and onboarding). Katie is very knowledgeable about the product which allowed us to customize UKG to meet our needs.

The project was delayed due to UKG not responding to Service Requests. We finally did get a consultant assigned in Payment Services that was helpful and did the work fast but the initial time was spent getting UKG consultants to understand what our needs were. This took too much time. CoreHCM was incredibly helpful and responsive and worked alongside our team. They responded to all requests immediately and had the knowledge to required to execute the project.

Working with CORE HCM has been an outstanding experience from start to finish. Their team is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly committed to delivering a smooth UKG implementation. I especially want to recognize Terry Clifford‑Howard for his exceptional service. Terry consistently went above and beyond—providing clear guidance, anticipating issues before they arose, and making a complex process feel manageable. His expertise and professionalism made a tremendous difference for our team.

Brandon was extremely knowledgeable with UKG and made this process seamless. It’s rare to work with a contractor who you can collaborate with closely, learn from, and feel confident that everything will continue to run smoothly once the project wraps up.
Brandon consistently went above and beyond to ensure my team and I fully understood the system before his departure and that we had the tools needed to succeed moving forward. That level of ownership is refreshing, and I truly appreciated working with him.

With additional projects on the horizon, I would absolutely request Brandon again.

Jaime and Brandon are great communicators. They work very well together and complete everything efficiently. They document the project so I can go back if I need to do something again.

They always make themselves available when needed. They are very knowledgeable and can explain things very well. They both have walked me through many different scenarios.

Brandon can create any report in BI that I have ever asked for!
