As long as the client provides a full SOW for the project, there should be no issues or surprises along the way. Ongoing Training: Training is not a one-time event at go-live. Provide continuous support and role-specific training to ensure long-term system adoption.
Performance Monitoring: Establish mechanisms to gather feedback and regularly fine-tune the system after launch to maintain alignment with business goals.
