The project went exactly as I could have hoped for. The only element I’m still hoping to solve for is a mechanism to allow for journal entries, but we’re working on it!

Communicate capabilities upfront. I had to implement payroll, but did not work in payroll for 20 plus years. I should have communicated my level of exp upfront. They expected me to know taxes, etc…. and actually I need more guidance from the implementation team.
