We used Org.Manager in order to develop org charts for our COVID command center structure and to assist with gathering information for our surge planning.  Without this tool it would have been much more laborious to complete this task and we needed to be able to complete this rapidly.

Are there any lessons learned about Ingentis org.manager? The access protection module works fine but is sometimes a bit hard to configure

What are the Strengths of Ingentis Service? When you need support, just call them. Often someone directly picks up the phone. If not, they call you back quickly.
Usually problems are solved very fast
