Overall we are fairly satisfied with working with Jigsaw-cloud, our consultant was very knowledgeable, very friendly, quick-acting, very personable and always willing to jump on a call and no query was too big or small to answer. However, outside of our consultant from the wider team it did feel at times we did not receive the full attention or level of customer service we expected based on previous interactions with Jigsaw-cloud.

The overall project experience was great! Jodie was extremely collaborative and very efficient. She ensured that all team members were heard and followed up on her tasks regularly and effectively. Jodie made the sessions interactive with a keen eye on attention to detail and allowed for concessions where required based on need. Jodie was a huge part of the success of this project.

We should have spent more time scoping out some of our reporting requirements. Some were more complicated than either side anticipated. We also didn’t anticipate how difficult some of the integrations would be, which was due to a complicated system on our end.
