    The overall project experience was great! Jodie was extremely collaborative and very efficient. She ensured that all team members were heard and followed up on her tasks regularly and effectively. Jodie made the sessions interactive with a keen eye on attention to detail and allowed for concessions where required based on need. Jodie was a huge part of the success of this project.

    Whilst it’s difficult to do upfront, discuss the intricacies of accrual postings at scoping. The system had limitations on the dates/ method for posting accruals that we didn’t realise when we signed the change request that meant we had to bend to suit the needs of the system. It wouldn’t have changed the outcome of going with Success Factors but it would have saved us time during UAT and set clear expectations.

    Make sure your teams are fully aware of the time commitments needed to test and implement. Particular modules like Employee Central require extensive testing which can be time very time consuming and can be a battle with BAU work.
