The project team at LavaSource has been amazing. My advise would be that your internal teams need to be prepared and set up for success to meet the demands of the project.

The Lavasource HR team was instrumental in our implementation of Dayforce HRIS and Payroll for our Indian entity. They were a team of consummate experts that properly gathered requirements and delivered a design (and build) that was well thought out. They pushed back at the appropriate times and drove us to a system that follows best practices and meets all regulatory requirements.

Training materials are a pre-requisite to starting the development work, we didn’t fully understand this and had barriers to completing it which meant playing catch up for a long time.

Lavasource, however, is an amazing partner to help and implement.

Software Partner : Dayforce : software itself is ok, but Dayforce consultants lack quality/knowledge and are hardly client minded. They are often also late in their responsiveness.

Implementation Partner : LavasourceHR : excellent quality of their consultants. Quite the opposite of the description above regarding Dayforce

Downside : it seems that Dayforce is relying on the professional approach of Lavasource, in a way that LavasourceHR is covering and anticipating a lot on the shortcomings of Dayforce. Lavasource is pretty much a victim of their own succes, and Dayforce seems to abuse the position of Lavasource
