Ensure diligence at introduction, Tender and Demo stages of the project that the finished output and capabilities of the Dayforce software is equal to the business needs and expectations.
Ensure that the purchasing business fully understands the resource and timeframes requirements. Fast track of implementation without the adequate level of resource is a big constraint.
