Mosaic has been great to work with our Consultant Aaron was extremely knowledgeable and transparent and the areas where he did not have expertise Mosaic had a resource available to help us out. Aaron always exceeded expectations with deadlines and jumped when we had unexpected fires/challenges and solved to resolution. He gave good insight and thoughts on things as we looked at our current state of operations and made suggestions on how to improve and utilize the system functionality for efficiencies.

We needed support when a new project pulled all IT/support resources. Mosaic was able to help us with issues that were left hanging from the initial software implementation. They scheduled standard meeting times and helped with whatever we needed. They were very transparent regarding the scheduled hours and provided guidance on how to prioritize using the hours.
