    Get the business involved from the beginning. Have a qualified Project manager that understands the vendor. Both NRC and OCS have provided us with consultants that do not understand Oracle HCM.  But we also had one or two that were excellent.

    We expect to eliminate several “home grown” HR systems that are costly to maintain. We are hoping to streamline our business processes to create greater efficiency. Our goal is to have real-time data at our fingertips and lessen the number of Excel spreadsheets our administrators rely on.
