-Engage our HR team from very beginning, asking HR to pre-load data for UAT.. that will be more efficient.
– On boarding / Doc /Form module phase could have been started from project initial time parallelly, this will allow us to have more time for internal alignment and process harmonization, giving the facts that we are a very decentralized organization.
– Our sharepoint integration is delayed. the delegated manpower is the key.
– As Morgan internally, we need to harmonize job family. This will be considered as a potential internal project.
– Team work / Communications and strong IT are the key for this project.
– There are many other points, which is collected separately.
