Summit did an amazing job of being great business partners – apart from the scope of the work they were commissioned to do – which was advanced scheduling implementation – they were well rounded in the UKG PRo system and provided well rounded insights and recommendations. We enjoyed their business approach to implementation. We learned that the initial scope of the project might have been under scoped at the beginning but they were great at being adaptable and solution oriented. We had a great experience partenering with SummitWFM.

WFM Summit was an exceptional partner throughout our UKG Advanced Scheduling implementation. Their team was highly engaged, proactive, and genuinely invested in our success- not just completing tasks, but ensuring the solution worked effectively for our organization. Working directly with WFM Summit was a significantly better experience compared to working directly with UKG on other module implementations.
