I have heard that it took too long from start to finish. People had forgotten what they had learned by the time the system was implemented. Also, key people left the company during the project. But I was not working in the company when it happened.

We had a successful on-budget and on-time project. TietoEvry executed for a large organization in a short time. Both TietoEvry and Unit4 were present during the implementation.  After the implementation our experience is that UNIT4 is a lot more distanced from the customer.
