Unifii is a consultancy dedicated to aligning our client’s technology with their business goals. We focus on innovating the best solutions, implementing them successfully and integrating systems to work hard for our client’s bottom line.

As accredited ServiceNow partners, we enable businesses to respond to market opportunities faster by simplifying service delivery, integrating disparate systems and automating processes. Since we began our journey as Service Integrators, we have been refining our offering to deliver best in class integration and automation tools with specialist strategy, technical expertise and client-side experience in effective project delivery.

In 2018, we took a big step to better show the world who we are and what we do, with a new name and a new brand. Our re-brand to become Unifii Ltd. was the next step in our evolution to embody our focus on innovation, implementation and integration.

We are enterprise service management and automation professionals with in-depth technical and process expertise gained across multiple industry sectors. We are accredited ServiceNow services partners, managing ITIL, ITSM projects since 2004 – with strong experience of integrating third-party tools and processes.

ITSM is fundamental, integration and automation is central and, increasingly, we’re working on non-IT related processes and bringing business users onto the ServiceNow platform.
