Another client of this firm who has a highly complex system setup shared with us their ”lesson learned” was that a weekly touch-base with the consultants is highly recommended to succeed. I can pass on the same recommendation to any prospect client that have the same needs. It has been a little over a year since we started to do business with this firm and they have been always thorough on expected turnaround time, attentiveness and they have always been able to find some time to jump on a quick call when we are concerned about an issue in a project and needed to talk through and plan out.
