I would suggest evaluation and re-evaluation of technology needs before implementing Cornerstone On Demand for recruitment and Onboarding. As an LMS they are top notch, but it doesn’t not meet all of our needs for Talent Management. UKG Pro is a good fit for our organization at this time and we are in discussions for expanding module use for onboarding. I would highly suggest using Core HCM as a partner, their knowledge of both systems, how they integrate, and how to solution issues or needs is definitely part of our formula for the success we have had with both systems.
