The main lesson learned is to ensure you have strong functional users of the systems before you hire your partner. We lost too many subject matter experts due to the acquisition which caused this project to take longer and be more expensive. Improvisations did a great job. We were not able to provide them with the information they needed in a timely manner.e

We had such a wonderful engagement with Improvizations. The team was fantastic and we were impressed with their knowledge and skillset on Day 1. They partnered with us the entire duration of the project including staying engaged through hypercare. We have since continued to engage them on various projects as needed. The only “lessons learned” would be that I had wish we had engaged with them sooner on other projects.
