Slight change in team
What “Lessons Learned” would you provide to others implementing with this partner / software? What else would you tell us about your project experience?
HRchitect–Ryan Gillen specifically–has been a dream to work with. He is unbelievably responsive and knowledgeable about the product, UKG.
As for the software, UKG, we had no idea it wasn’t an “all-in-one” system when we signed the contract–the sales reps either weren’t aware of this, or neglected to really explain it to us. It’s several modules that feed into a “core” module and the communication between modules isn’t always aligned…. a lot of continuous maintenance. UKG also charges a lot of additional fees for minor updates that we have no choice but to pay as we don’t have access to our environments full configuration capabilities, and per UKG, can’t have full configuration capabilities.
